Meditation
We teach many different meditation techniques at One Heart Healing and each one has its unique purpose, its specific aims and effects on human consciousness.
Meditation is our main goal – it is only another word meaning “being at home”, at one with yourself. When this experience happens, we know that nothing else is needed. There are many, many meditation techniques but these are only a means to prepare the way. Meditation is a happening and it cannot be “done”. It is a total gift of grace. We can only prepare our heart and then wait patiently. When the event happens we know, without a doubt, that nothing we have ever done could create this experience. It is beyond the mind, beyond the imagination, and beyond words.

We teach many different meditation techniques and each one has its unique purpose, its specific aims and effects on human consciousness. From chaotic catharsis to peaceful contemplation, they all have their place in the preparation for the ultimate event of being one with our self and with the divine. We also teach how meditation and living life are two sides of the same coin.

It’s not a matter of changing yourself - in your core you are perfect; it’s a matter of letting old conditioning dissolve in the light of awareness, then you fall into the deep silence within, the love that never ends. It is the love without attachment, without a particular object. When the drop of water falls into the ocean, it melts in this boundless love. Meditation is both the Key and the Goal of life. Once you drink fully from the well, you will never thirst again.

"Meditation is nothing but a device to make you aware of your real self - which is not created by you, which need not be created by you, which you already are. You are born with it. You are it!" from Osho: "Meditation: The First and Last Freedom"
