We draw on wide range of techniques, from the modern to
the ancient, in order to accomplish our goals and aims. Some
of these are as follows:
Conscious breathing or Breath Work The use of conscious breathing
is found in traditions in the East. We teach several forms
of breathing, in order to reach specific transformative experiences.
We also use many "Active Meditations",
which have been developed by Osho.
We teach some of the fundamental discoveries of C.
G. Jung and some of his techniques for moving into the
unconscious.
The workshops can range in time from one day up to several
months. We have been conducting workshops in various cities
of Malaysia, Australia, and in Hatyai, Thailand. We welcome
invitations to come and work with groups of people who are
seeking freedom and joy in their lives. |

Chakra
Breathing Meditation is
an effective method for bringing awareness into the body.
It is also used for cleaning, balancing, and harmonizing the
Chakras. The experiences taking place during the meditation
are used for a diagnosis of what issues need to be addressed
during the workshop. It reveals health issues and related
psychological problems, plus psychic and spiritual dimensions
of consciousness.

Communication and Relationship
issues between husband and wife, parents and children, colleagues
and friends. Good communication is essential to fulfilling
relationships in life. Also the ability to express love is
part of good communication. When love is missing in the relationship,
it is time to learn to communicate positively and creatively.
Authentic communication leads to communion, a deep union of
two souls.

Dance Meditation
is a combination of dancing and sitting quietly. Many people
fail in meditation because they have so much unexpressed physical
energy that the mind cannot remain quiet and relaxed while
sitting still. Dancing freely is an enjoyable way to release
this unlived energy. It is also a way of "loosening up"
the mind from its habitual, tense, doing mode.

Death
and Dying:
Death is a reality that we all face but few
people speak about their approaching death openly. People
who face their death realistically can die with dignity, a
feeling of freedom, and even with joy. We teach people the
connection between life and death. A “beautiful death”
is a sure sign of a life that has been fully lived. All the
“juice & joy” of life has been experienced
and digested.
We support participants to explore their unconscious to
discover any unresolved experiences around Loss
and Grief. This usually leads into experiencing our
hidden “death urge”, which needs to become conscious
in order to live a full and successful life. Then we guide
the group in “The Death Meditation”,
taken from the Tibetan Book of the
Dead, or a dance meditation called “Death
Comes Dancing”. Our 3rd death meditation is
taken from the Australian Aboribinal tradition, a sand
burial near the ocean.

| Dream
Work. Dreams can be described as “the
language of the soul”. Dreams have been used for healing
and inner guidance by every culture in recorded history. We
use insights from C. G. Jung,
and other pioneers in the field of psychology, plus traditional
cultures; and we have developed our own unique method of working
with dreams experientially. Prema completed his 4 year training
in dream analysis at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland
and has worked with thousands of people’s dreams over
the past 30 years. (For more info, click here.)

| Energy
Healing
although an ancient technique, has
been rediscovered in recent times and is being taught in many
forms. It is a very powerful and basic of opening another
person to their inner healing energy. For a further description,

The Kundalini
Meditation is one of the most powerful meditation
techniques for awakening our fundamental energy. It is in
4 stages and is usually done in the late afternoon, just before
dinner. (for more information, click on title.) |

| Magic
Eye is a meditation using computer generated 3D
images while listening to music and doing circular (or connected)
breathing. It's purpose is to balance the electormagnetic
forces of the male/female energies in the brain. This meditation
can be an adjunct to begin the healing of Epilepsy.

Meditation.
We teach meditation techniques from many different
traditions and modern Masters. Through meditation we become
our true, unique self, and we discover that “we are
meditation”. We have always been one with the Divine,
we have simply forgotten. For a more complete explanation
and a list of some of our main meditations, click on the link.

Mother ~ Father
Process: The person doing the process chooses
other participants to represent their mother and father. The
person then arranges the” parents” like statues,
to symbolically express their relationship. Then the person
is guided by the facilitator to regress back to early life
when relationship patterns were being laid down by the parents.
This process can be very powerful in revealing long hidden
messages about the male and the female that create non-functional
relationships in the present.

| No
Dimensions is a "Sufi style" meditation
composed of specific movements and making a sound through
the teeth. These movements lead into the meditation called
Sufi Whirling,
which is the main technique used by the Whirling
Dervishes. Combined together, these two techniques have
a powerful effect on the mind, leading into meditation. (click

Pelvic
Breathing
is used for opening the first Chakra
and freeing blocked sexual energy.
It is a powerful tool for relaxation and many people with
difficulties in sleeping have found it has helped them to
sleep better at night. It has also helped cancer patients
to reduce their pain, "Nature's Pain killer", which
has allowed these people to also reduce or even eliminate
their medication and increase their awareness and quality
of life. It can also be used as a meditation technique and
as a preparation for sexual expression with one’s partner.

Right
Eating, Health & Fitness, Detoxification
We work on the causes of addictions to unhealthy foods and
show the link between past emotions and wrong eating.
We teach the basic principals of “right eating”,
or eating according to the needs of the body, NOT THE MIND.
We emphasize eating “live food”, that is, raw
food that has not been processed in any way. The change from
"ordinary eating" to a raw diet may take months or years to
fully accomplish.
The mind cannot be peaceful and loving if the body is agitated
by unhealthy food. The workshop includes a gall bladder and
liver cleanse followed by one or more days of fasting.
We work with people suffering from serious health problems
like cancer, heart disease, long term skin disturbances, poor
digestion, and many others. Right eating is one of the key
factors in healing ADD
and autistic children

Running in the Park in the
Dark is a method that opens the door wide
to the unconscious. It is most powerful in revealing our
hidden fear levels and helps dissolve this fear base. We
are not 100% free in life until we are fearless.

| Sand Burial is
our most recent new technique
which is a ritual used by some Australian
Aboriginal groups. We have several death meditations that
we use in our workshops, one from The Tibetan
Book of the Dead, one called Death
Comes Dancing, and the most powerful one,
Sand Burial.

Sandplay
Therapy
is a method of communication with the unconscious
and is effective with both children and adults. It was an
ancient technique used by the American Indians and in Tibet,
and has been adapted to modern psychology by Dora Kalff. Mrs.
Kalff was a student of C. G.
Jung and developed her own specialty.
Sand Play is a “projective technique” using
several hundred small figures, like animals, houses, people,
cars, etc. Each participant has a sand tray and chooses
figures to create a “scene” in the sand tray.
The person is then guided to experience what the images
are expressing, leading to greater awareness of what was
buried in the unconscious. Prema completed a two year training
with Mrs. Kalff in Zurich, Switzerland, and has been using
and teaching this method for over 25 years.

Tantra
can be described as the full acceptance of pleasure
as “a way” to reach the goal of self acceptance.
We work with sexual energy to help couples and individuals
heal their relationship
problems. We teach that sex
and intimacy are two sides of the same coin. The transformation
of sexual energy leads to a union of the male and female within
(called "the animus and anima" by C. G. Jung). The
inner marriage gives rise to the pleasure of non-dependency,
personal freedom, and everlasting love. Through Tantra we
can experience sexual
healing on all levels.

Tibetan
5 Rites
(also called The Fountain of Youth): These
Yoga type movements
are usually done the first thing in the morning. Each one
is repeated 21 times and they were developed in Tibet to balance
and harmonize the energies of the seven Chakras.
These movements can eventually lead to a powerful rejuvenation
of the physical body if combined with “Right
Eating” and done over a long period of time.

Two Cushion work is a development
on C. G. Jung's method called
"ACTIVE iMAGINATION". It is used
to integrate unconscious aspects of yourself, resulting in
a unified and balanced identity, leading towards Self Realization.
Jung uses the term "SELF" to refer to the God-image
at the core of our being. Prema graduated from the Jung Institute
in Zurich, Switzerland and worked as a Jungian analyst for
7 years in Sydney Australia. He was also president of the
Jung Society there for 3 years.

Vision Quest in the Forest.
The aim of the Vision Quest is to bring people back to a loving
connection with Mother Earth. It is a Native American Indian
tradition of seeking the purpose of our life through water
fasting and silence, or “inner listening”. It
is common during this time to experience a profound relationship
with animals and plants. Part of this initiation experience
is a sand burial on the beach.

| Water Fasting.
Human beings seldom realize the healing power of fasting, but
in nature this is the only thing that animals do when they are
sick or injured. They stop eating and rest. The Golden Dawn
is unique in combining physical detoxification & diet with
psychological “Inner Work”. We have developed these
two methods into one integrated program.
